I have lived at the Rittersville Lofts for over a year, and it is by far the best apartment in which I have ever lived! I was immediately attracted to the large open space, tall windows, ample sunlight, and unique feel of living in a repurposed factory. I have been able to take the space and customize it to make it my own. I truly feel at home every time I walk into my apartment. The area is quiet, my commute is easy, and the location is conveniently located between major stores and highways (but you'd hardly know it). Any maintenance needs I have within my apartment are always quickly and professionally attended to. Friends and family are always impressed with my living space, one which my cat, plants and I plan to to call home for years to come.

Rittersville Lofts are AWESOME! I have been here for a few months now and I have never experienced such a great and personal rental experience. Even if it snows less than an inch, you can bet the team is out there clearing the parking lots AND around your car to keep tenants safe during the storm. In addition, there is someone on property all the time, so it is never an issue to get a hold of them for any help or anything you need. Everyone who lives here that I have met is super friendly and welcoming. My dog loves it and takes advantage of the grassy areas to play fetch during our lunch break. This place is beautiful, clean and full of great people! Highly recommended for the short time I have been here.

I've ALWAYS loved the idea of living in a re-purposed building, and I was immediately drawn to Rittersville Lofts because of the bi-level loft concept and open floor plans. I love the huge windows that allow natural sunlight. Amy, John and Staff are also very attentive and helpful with every aspect of the move in process - they certainly illuminated several headaches with their gracious assistance! I love the newly added outdoor gazebo area with tables and chairs, perfect to relax after a long day.

After finding Rittersville Lofts online, I applied because I had to have this place. The pictures online don't do justice how beautiful these lofts are. Every unit has a ton of natural light! The people that live and work there are so nice, helpful, and friendly. I walk my dog around the neighborhood everyday. I couldn't recommend this place more highly!

We've lived at Rittersville Lofts since September 2019. We lived in two different apartments and they both have had their own different style which makes this place even better to live in. The management is kind and attentive. The other residents are friendly. The lofts are well done and the natural lighting is amazing. Management keeps up with the outside and has made many renovations to the outside (i.e. dog parks, gazebo) to make the place feel fun and relaxing. It had been a great experience and it's a great place to call home.

Rittersville Lofts was the best thing to have happened to us in the year we have lived there. It had everything that we needed; super pet-friendly, in-unit appliances, large living space, and a secure building and parking lot. We have enjoyed living here so much, John and Amy have truly been amazing. They answer quickly, and if any issues pop up they are on it immediately. The dog runs are perfect for playing, and the community is so friendly. If you're looking for somewhere modern and stylish, with easy access to Bethlehem and center city Allentown, there is no better place to live.

Rittersville Lofts was the best.

From the unique floorplan to the copious amount of space, it was such a fun place to live. Views were amazing. The industrial loft-style layout is one of a kind in the Allentown/Bethlehem area and cannot be beat. It felt super safe too. Aside from the apartment itself, management was incredibly responsive and kind. So much so that it pained me to move. If you want an incredible apartment where you're treated as a valued resident, I couldn't recommend Rittersville enough!!

Rittersville Lofts has been a great place to live. It is perfect if you have pets and like the industrial look. Amy and John have been great and are very responsive to any issues that come up. Great natural light in the apartment and right in between downtown Allentown and Bethlehem. The gated parking is great so you never have to worry about your car. Also, it is close to a shopping center which is very convenient. I would recommend living here if they have availability!

I absolutely loved living in this apartment! The stylish loft with lots of space made it feel so comfortable. The property management was top-notch, always responsive and helpful. The building is always clean, decorated, and feels like a home. The neighbors were super friendly, which made it feel like a real community as well. The location in the Valley is convenient, especially as a new resident. It's in a great central spot, making it easy to explore the area. As a working professional, I found it incredibly comfortable. The price compared to similar apartments was unbeatable with the size, security, and has plenty of parking. Additionally, the property provided plenty of help to move in and out which was truly appreciated.
